HQE Residential certification is THE international certification for your residential projects issued by CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, a member of the World Green Building Council and certifier of more than 3.5 million homes, with more than 50 years' experience, present throughout the world, notably through partnerships with recognised local players (Fondation Vanzolini, etc.). The Vanzolini Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation set up and run by professors from the Department of Production Engineering at the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), to improve the efficiency of Brazil's sustainable development process. In partnership with the Foundation for over 10 years, we have certified nearly 7,000 homes in Brazil by 2023.
